Psalm 51.17-19

Lord, open my lips;
my mouth will proclaim your praise.
For you do not desire sacrifice;
a burnt offering you would not accept,
My sacrifice, God, is a broken spirit;
God do not spurn a broken, humbled heart.

  1. Let not the idolater worship the work of his own hands thinking that his sacrifice will save him, but instead the sacrifice of God gives us salvation. By the Blood of the Lamb whom was slain let us offer thanksgiving by offering ourselves as living sacrifice to the lord to be nailed into the cross with Christ and buried into his tomb to be raised from the dead to a new life in him. I say these things because their is a righteousness apart from the law, and the name of that righteousness is Jesus Christ (the righteous one).
